Ngurratjuta Labour Hire has a fantastic and experienced team who are here to help. 

  1. Keisha Buzzacott - Labour Hire Administration Officer

    Keisha is a 23 year old Indigenous woman born and raised in Central Australia. Her experience is in community/youth care and childcare in Alice Springs. Keisha says, 'I wanted a change of career to business for a long time, and now Ngurratjuta HR and Labour Hire Services have taken me on, I have enjoyed learning, growing and meeting new people'

    She is currently studying a  Cert III in Business.

  2. Cameron Miller - General Manager

    Cameron was born and raised in Central Australia. He has over 14 years experience in financial and retail management, including a 12 month stint in operations management for a local construction industry leader. His financial experience includes 9 years working directly with remote community stores, community government councils and health services.

  3. Claire Ryan - HR and Labour Hire Manager

    Claire grew up in Central Australia. She has a background working in the Justice System and events management. Claire has just finished studies in Human Resources and Front Line Management. She has been with Ngurratjuta since mid-2013 and has really enjoyed the challenge and experience thus far working to build the HR & Labour Hire Company with Ngurratjuta.

  4. Amy McArdle - Executive Officer

    Amy has lived in Central Australia for over six years, after moving from Adelaide.  Her experience includes over ten years’ experience in the legal industry, across both South Australia and the Northern Territory. Amy started working with Ngurratjuta in February 2014 and brings with her a wealth of administrative experience which she considers will help Ngurratjuta and its associated businesses achieve positive outcomes for the broader Central Australian region.

  5. Scott McConnell - CEO

    Scott has lived in Central Australia all his life, and has lived and worked in remote locations such as Napperby Station and the Ikuntji community. His experience also includes working for over 10 years in the NT Government Department of Parks and Wildlife.

    Scott says "Having grown up with Aboriginal people I have a personal objective to see Indigenous people take on leading roles in business, in both private and government sectors". 

    Scott is also the CEO of Ingkerreke Commercial.
